Payments

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay with any major credit card provider including Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. You can also choose to checkout with PayPal.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately. Please note that we work to process your order as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to cancel your order. If a cancellation is needed please email us asap and we will do our best to complete your cancellation for you. Click here to email us now.

Are purchases on this website really tax free?

Yes, we do not collect tax.

What should I do if my order will not go through?

We know you want your new goodies as quickly as possible! Check that all required fields have been filled out correctly. Your billing address should be entered exactly as indicated on your billing statement. If you have a middle initial on your credit card, use it on the billing page. If you continue to experience difficulties when placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Order Status

What's the status of my order? How do I track it?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time under your account. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

What does 'awaiting fulfillment' mean?

Awaiting fulfillment means we have received your order. Your order is being prepared for shipment, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Can I Place An Order By Phone?

You can place an order by phone. Please call us at (980)533-4877 from 9 am - 3 pm EST. Please have the product name(s) you’re interested in ready before you give us a call.

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. Each coupon code can be used once per customer. If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means you have used it on a past order, and our system cannot apply it again.

Redeem a Gift Card

  • You'll need a unique code, which is part of the gift card that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like FFS4008DH9S.
  • Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
  • Click the 'Checkout” link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
  • Type your gift card code in to the 'Discount Code box and click Apply.

Then, once ordered, sit back and wait smugly in the knowledge that you have just found the perfect gift.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $25.00. All items are shipped by USPS via a traceable method. Delivery times may vary so please allow 3-7 business days for all Standard Ground Shipping. Once we ship your order, a shipment confirmation email will be emailed to you. You may use the tracking number at www.usps.com to monitor the transit status.

What are your shipping rates?

Ground and express shipping are offered through USPS. The estimated shipping timeline varies based on the shipping service. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days via Standard Ground, or the specified date for Expedited shipping options, please contact us.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

On our websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm EST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. If you opted for 2nd Day Shipping, you will receive your package two days after it ships. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. If your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm EST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Risque21 will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Orders of $200 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.

What if my order is time-sensitive?

Risque21 recommends upgrading to Priority Shipping for time-sensitive orders.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

My order says it was delivered but I never received it!

Please contact your local post office to determine if they are holding the package for you. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to verify it was not delivered to them while you were out. If you are still unable to locate your package, please email us and our team will promptly assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Risque21.com, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 30 days to return them to us for a refund.

  • Note: we reserve the right to reject orders from individuals who make excessive returns.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Where do I ship my return?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Can I exchange a product?

At this time Risque21.com is unable to accept exchange requests. Please request a return and create a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds & Credits

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

International Policies

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All international packages are shipped via USPS Mail or FedEx at SpearmintLOVE's discretion. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Risque21 assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final. *Please note all prices on product listings are in USD.

Which countries do you ship to?

We proudly offers shipping to countries outside the U.S. including the list below. We are able to offer free shipping on international orders, when your spend $99.00 or more. Risque21 does not offer the option of pre-paying for duties and taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for duties and taxes once the order is delivered. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you'd like to have your order shipped to a country that is not on our list, hit us up here and we will look into it for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Duties and taxes?

Returns

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders to the address below. The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees will affect the refund amount.
